Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using our website and services. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms govern all sales and services provided by us.

All documented sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a transaction has been completed. Please carefully review your order and product details before confirming your purchase.
For custom orders, prices and values are considered to fill either a 20 ft or a 40 ft HC Container.
Except for products listed in the Assorted Pallets section, all prices on this website are listed per pound (lb). Depending on the product category, items are offered in the following packaging options: 1,000 lb bales, 25-50-55 lb bags, 75 lb boxes or bundles of various sizes (exact information will be provided upon inquiry).
Payment for all orders must be made upfront. We require full payment before processing and shipping your order. Invoices and packing lists will be sent to you after we have received the payment and the products, such as a full container, are ready to leave our facilities.
All product prices listed on our website are based on Ex Works (EXW) conditions. This means that the buyer is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and importation costs from our facilities to the final destination. If you intend to use your own transport for shipping, please notify us in advance to arrange the necessary logistics.
All contractual relationships and transactions made through this website will be governed exclusively by the laws of the United States. Any disputes or legal claims arising out of or in connection with the services and products provided by Sort&Export Co. will be handled in accordance with United States law.
